Fifteen Cornwall wanted to deliver a campaign across the south west of England, encouraging summer tourists to book tables and enjoy their culinary delights.

Fifteen is a restaurant overlooking the beach at Watergate Bay, serving a unique blend of Italian inspired food. All profits from the business go to its registered charity, Cornwall Food Foundation, and together they manage Jamie Oliver's award-winning Training Programme.

Marketing Workshop and Campaign Ideas

To get to the heart of who Fifteen's customers are and what they were hoping to communicate, I ran a workshop with their marketing team. Together, we came up with as many campaign ideas as possible, using it as an opportunity to experiment with marketing concepts and think outside the box.

Off the back of this, I put together a communications strategy and design brief, outlining key campaign words, phrases and concepts.

Experience is Everything

Following a period of tender, we decided to work with A-Side Studio to deliver creative for the campaign. Coming up with the 'Experience is Everything' strap-line, the team designed adverts which were placed in service stations, magazines and targeting publications across the south west.

We then worked with Pixel Rain to create a series of films, aimed at our intended audiences: pasta for young families, lunch for colleagues, dinner for couples and cocktails for girls on a night out. These were used as part of a targeted social media and Google ad campaign.

It was a pleasure to work with such a esteemed restaurant brand, that is simultaneously transforming lives and empowering communities through food.
